Geo Ip Maind integration error

Guys, I have this error in the GeoIP of max maind, I created an account and a key for the new version, this one with the default format first the ID and then the api key, probably everything is ok but when requesting the database it gives an error of IP connection
obs: the key and the id of the image are false just to demonstrate the error.

when creating the key are you choosing the “No” option:

Some stuff that you probably did, but just to make sure:

  1. After putting in your key, are you saying before trying to update the DB ?
  2. Maybe a good idea to chown the entire Mautic directory again.
  3. Also you can try and delete the cache directory

I managed to solve it friend, thanks! It was cache related.
