I’m looking for an feature to handle sales opportunities in mautic.
Yes this is more an crm feature than a marketing automation feature - but I what to handle the processes in a single system an not in a crm and a marketing automation system.
Do you know any extension/plugin for this or another way to solve it?

Today this is not included in Mautic.
You can use the notes linked to a contact if you wish, this is the closest to what you want to do.
The easiest way: choose a CRM connected with Mautic, configure it and connect it to Mautic.
Another way: develop a plugin for Mautic.
