How can I configure Mautic to send emails from multiple domains?

My PHP version is: 7.4
My Database type and version is: MySQL

I work in sales operations and we have had success with cold email campaigns. We recently started using Mautic and now have multiple salespeople sending emails from different domains. Do I need to use the Mautic multi-domain plugin to handle this or is there a better way to manage it?

If I need to use Mautic multi-domain, do I need to create a separate Mautic instance for each domain?

If you create a separate mautic instance for each domain you don’t need the multi domain plugin, just set each one up independently with different domains.

If however you want to use one mautic installation for multiple domains you need the plugin.
