How do I build this small campaign?

So this is what I want:

  • WHEN a new lead submits a form this happens:
    1. The thank you page is shown with a download link for a lead magnet.
    2. Send immediately email #1 after submissions
    3. In 10 minutes after submissions send email #2
  • WHEN he downloads the lead magnet
    4. Send immediately email #3

I’ve done this but it seems it never gets on the download branch. How can I see what’s happening?

Forget. It’s that I was testing it by myself.

And as I am logged into mautic, even if emails worked to identify new contacts, downloads were never tracked per that “don’t track the admin” thing.

Doing it from an incognito makes it work perfectly.
