Visits a page decision not working.

Hi, I’m trying to track my “Purchase Completed” page so Mautic can decide if I should send my offer to the visitor through email or not.

I tried:

-Logging off from Mautic and filling out form

-Using VPN from another location

-Different structures of campaign

-Many different emails

  • Tried deactivating wordpress plugin and adding

-Tried again adding and extra pixel image with the plugin on
-Tried creating "New Campaign Form" and "New Standalone Form"
-Also tried making my "Purchase Completed" a template landing page inside mautic to see if it would work, no luck.

I am using instabuilder plugin for my pages. That could be the problem.

The first email is a greeting email delivering the free gift they opted in for.
My thank you page has the offer.

I they buy, I would like to add them to a new list.

I they dont, I would like to send an email 24 hours later (5 min on example) offering the upsell again.
Can I track the lead and move them through my campaign for NOT visiting a specific page?


I've been reading a bunch of posts and believe that the solution could be to turn off wordpress plugin and add tracking manually.

I haven't found any information on creating a custom pixel to upload to my webpage. How do I do that? Does that seem like a possible solution?
