Please HELP! Pixel Tracking Code Not Working

Please I need help kindly provide link to documentation that will be great.



I have a basic optin page that takes user to a thank you page.

I have pixels on my thank you page and one of the action is to send email to user if they visit my thank you page.



The issue is when a user visit the thank you page with the tracking pixel in it.

Mautic Dashboard does not show that the page was visited. So the email is not sent



I installed the tracking using a WP plugin called WP Mautic

I also confirmed that my thank you page had mtracking.gif



At the moment I just want to manually place the tracking code on my pages.

But I have looked up the mautic site and can’t seem to find any detailed documentation
