How do i remove contacts from Campaigns when "DO NOT CONTACT" is yes

I am trying to make a cleanup campaign that will run for all contacts that have opted DO NOT CONTACT.

The idea of the campaign is to:

remove the contacts from the campaigns they are currently in,

change the Stage to “DEAD LEAD”,

and remove the Lead from the “Unqualifed” Leads Segment, and into a “Dead Leads” Segment.



The campaign is easy to create but the problem comes that once a contact is set to DO NOT CONTACT, they can no longer enter a campaign, even one designed to help cleanup the contacts.

Any thoughts, or ideas if this is possible or suggestions on how to help keep the contacts clean without deleting them.
