How Move Mautic Installation On Different Domain To Another Domain If They Are On Different Hosting

I have a mautic installation with segment,emails and campaigns i want to use as a template on another domain and hosting instead of creating them all over again.

How do i do this.

I tried installing mautic on new domain and hosting
Deleted the database content and imported database from old mautic
But i got an error
Uh oh! I think I broke it. If I do it again, please report me to the system administrator!
I guess it can’t work that way.
Please what is the way to do it

I’ve had a similar issue. I’m not a technical guy so I took the path of least resistance.

The new hosting company I chose automatically transferred over my files and databases onto their server. They also put everything on my new domain.

I would speak to your hosting company and see if they can do this for you.

Yes! Thanks i later found out softaculous has an inbuilt import feature to migrate its app!
You just need to know your FTP details and correct path
