Hi, I’m new to Mautic.
I am using SMTP Method on Mautic connected to Alibaba DirectMail. In bounce management I have tried that DirectMail has no inbox feature (outgoing only) so I don’t get any bounced email reports. But DirectMail provides API and Webhook features for alerts to certain contacts when there is an email, this feature can be accessed from Alibaba’s CloudMonitor.
Is there any user also using Alibaba DirectMail, could there be any solution in this? For the answer I thank you
