How to import contacts from 2.16 to 3.0.2?

My Mautic version is: 2.16 and 3.0.2
My PHP version is: 7.3
My Database type and version is: MariaDB (unknown exactly version. I could ask if necessary)

Your problem
My problem is: I would like your help for importing 1500 contacts from a 2.16 Mautic version to a 3.0.2. Which is the best way to achieve it?

These errors are showing in the log: No errors

Steps I have tried to fix the problem: I have tried nothing yet.

best would be to do an update of your mautic version, however if you have two different instances, you can go and create a segment of all your users, then open that segment and export users.

There are other ways to do this as well via mysql
