How to install in Wordpress Hosting

I use wordpress hosting (Media Temple). I used Filezilla Client program to upload the Mautic files, but I did not understand the fourth step of the steps below:

1. Download the zip package from https://www.mautic.org/download
2. Unzip the package locally.
3. Upload all the files and folders to your web hosting.
4. Open the URL where Mautic was uploaded in your browser.
I did not understand this step
You should see Mautic installation wizard. Follow the steps.

I copied the URL 1.4.1 folder shown on the remote address of FileZilla the Chrome browser, but nothing happened.
