I have created my first campaign but can’t figure out how to personalize it to different lead given that i have 500 leads.

Further what does it mean to make a smart list public or not

Yes, but when i do that e.g {First Name}. The email gets delivered with the field still the same. that is
Hello {First Name}

Type {leadfield in the custom HTML email editor and the options will load. Then select one of the fields.

am using a builder

Oh, well, it will work in the builder as well, but easier is to drag&drop the lead fields from the right column

This is what i get upon drag & drop

but on checking on the email it appears like this [First Name]

Am using a test email that testing using mautic/admin email, could it be the reason as to why it is displaying like that?

Hi,

I’m using a self-hosted Mautic instance.

Tried inserting an email token but typing { and first few characters of the field name doesn’t show a list of fields as indicated here: https://www.mautic.org/blog/tip-of-the-week-insert-fields/.

Thanks for any help.

Try to type {leadfield and then wait for it :wink:
