There is a tab in the campaign detail page where you can see all the leads in that campaign. Is that what you mean?

I think you just have to look at the email builder. When creating an e-mail select a template, start the builder and you’ll find dinamic fields that you can put on e-mail message.

this is not working for me. I am on the hosted version!
If you have troubles with Mautic hosted by a service, ask the support of that service because they might make some modifications. It works for me at self hosted Mautic and Mautic hosted by mautic.com as well, so hard to say what is wrong.
