How would I set queued emails to only send within the hours of x and y for timezone of a contact?

Hey all,



I would like to process queued emails for certain contacts between the hours of x and y according to their timezone so that they arrive during business hours and don’t get lost outside of them. How would this be done?



I always set the country of the Contact and the timezone of the server is also set in PHP, so part way there already.
