Ability to set time of email which should go to each user geographical timezone

As a user, I would like the ability to choose or set a time and the email should go to each individuals based on their geographic timezone. If I set 2PM and schedule. A German email ID should get it at 2PM their time, a person from Australia should get the email at 2PM Australian timezone etc.

You can create a custom field for contact which will include language of user and based on that language or region, you can send mails accordingly.

I created this Feature request which I see relevant also for this issue:

My idea is: Each scheduled email (segment or campaign email) has a boolean setting (like a toggle button): sending according to contact timezone (if defined) or sending according to owner timezone.
