I want to send an email according to the Subscribers Time Zone

Just a quick question. I assume when I set the time and date of a segment Email going out, it is based on the Mautic time zone and not the time Zone of the subscriber. Is there any way to send an Email according to the time zone of the subscriber?

Not an elegant way. You can segment them and send the email timed to the segment.

As a workaround until its implemented you could maybe set your Cronjobs to only run through “business hours”… But its really only a workaround. This would also mean, that people entering a form at night would need to receive some feedback through the form submit itself, not through a campaign which pauses by then.

That means to cover the world you need 24 segments and schedule 24 emails, right? To cover just the US timezones you still need 4 of each. Would be so nice to have this feature.

You can also set a campaign, and build conditions to send at the right time.
But yes, it is tidious.
