I have an error with standalone forms integrated in a landing page. After filling in the form and press the submit button, Mautic sends no Email with the form content to an email adress. With the help of MxyzptlkFishStix, whome I will thank a lot at this point, he found out, that the problem depends on my installation of Mautic as a subdomain MxyzptlkFishStix documented this under https://github.com/mautic/mautic/issues/2203
I have no other opportunity to install Mautic because of my joomla installation, my cron jobs are working well and I use mautic 2.0.1.
How long do I have to wait now, till somebody gives me a solution for my problem?
I`m a little bit under pressure because I try now for a longer time to get Mautic in move. Each time I think I solved all my little problems a new one apears. It seems to be an endless try & error row.
So I ask the support to help me soon please and hope for a quick solution!

I know this, I already asked my provider if this is possible and wait for an answer now. I have Joomla on the same plattform, this makes it a bit difficult.
OK I changed it but its still not sending.
I know but it works after deleting cache
