Mautic on sub directory issues

I have mautic installed (latest version) in a subdirectory and it’s giving me some issues:

If I set the site URL to “domain.com” email tracking urls don’t work and create faulty url’s

If I set the site URL to “domain.com/subdirectiry” email tracking works just fine, but forms don’t work anymore

Is there a way to resolve this? Or should I just move the entire installation to a subdomain?

I have Mautic working in a Subfolder and I don´t have any issue

Go to Forms Select all forms and in the select box select rebuild forms.

That doesn’t help, the forms are loaded but they hang on submit.

Clean cache folder

Yes, I’ve done that already. By using both the PHP command and clearing the cache directory manually.
There’s also no errors in the javascript console when I try to submit the form, it just hangs … when I set the site url back without the subdirectory they work again.

I will try to recreate to form completely and see if it’s a structural problem or not. If that doesn’t work I’ll have to migrate to a subdomain, but I fear that will mess with the cookies of already recognized users …

Recreating the form didn’t help, so I’m going to migrate to a subdomain

HI @metric.live

Is it your problem with subfolder or with the Forms? There is just one way to configure the URL Mautic. If you put this adress fine, and the forms don´t work, the problem is in your Forms.

In the community there is a lot of post about this problem with the forms.

This worked fine for me! Prove it¡
