In Mautic there is a setting to identify company by IP lookup, has anyone been able to successfully use this? I have tried connecting with IP Stack and now IP2Location and neither seem to identify the company.
In the past it worked well with the default extreme-ip however somehow that doesn’t work anymore. Can’t figure out why.
I got it to work again. Select extreme-ip in the tracking settings.
