Inconsistent page hit tracking/scoring

Hello;



I’ve set up two point actions one for each visit to specific URL. Here’s the problem:


  • visits to https://mydomain.com are not recorded and obviously no point added to the contacts
  • page hits by anonymous visitors to the same URL are recorded
  • visits to https://mydomain.com/page-name are recorded and points are added.





    The point actions are set up correctly.
