Individual email does not send itself automatically

Your software
My Mautic version is: 4.4.10
My PHP version is: 7.4
My Database type and version is: MySQL

Your problem
My problem is:
Apparently everything in Mautic works for me, except when I try to create an email and automatically send it one day at one time. It is never sent. All this without creating any funnel at all.

On the other hand, if I create a funnel, it works automatically.
If I control it manually, it does work.

I don’t know if it’s my problem of not knowing how to do it correctly.
What I do is:

  • Create email in: Channels > Email > New segment emails
  • I write the email and in the part where it says Publish (date/time), I put the date and time that I want it to be sent.

If this route is correct so that an email automatically goes out on a certain day, do you know where the error could be?

Thank you.

I suspect wrong use of published/publish & unpublish settings, see if this post clears it up:

Thanks for replying mzagmajster.

I set the Publish date and the Remove publication date, but no email comes out.

Another thing I have realized is that nothing appears on the calendar. I guess I’m doing something wrong, but the post “Email channel publish / unpublished” hasn’t clarified it for me.

If you can think of anything else, let me know.
Thank you.

I answer myself.
I did not have the broadcast cron activated:
“bin/console mautic:broadcasts:send”
