I’m a amazon seller and I’m paying $20 a month on email service like feedbackgenius to my customers.



What these emailing service does: getting permission from amazon seller account here - https://developer.amazonservices.com/index.html/166-7287418-8109035



Feedback genius has a function to customize different email according to what they buy, they recently updated that whoever give good sellerfeedback they also ask for customer product review.

Primary Option also include: Send once customer:

  1. Purchase
  2. Shipped
  3. Out for Delivery
  4. Delivered
  5. Refund

    Secondary Option: Gave feedback

    3rd Option Send to Only to Product by SKU or ASIN (product code on amazon)

    3.1 Option Send to Exclude Product by SKU or ASIN

    4th Option: All Orders, 2nd Order Only, 2nd Order Onwards, 3rd Order Only, 3rd Order Onwards, etc.



    Final Send purchased days back: (includes buyer who bought before this email was created, dates back X days)



    Option for FBA (orders fulfilled by amazon) only or FBM (fulfilled by seller)
