Based on the article do I have to ask GoDaddy for Gmail external SMTP relay or specifically for email-smtp.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com

How much I pay for what?

I tried to call GoDaddym they said that because my hosting is on a shared hosting I can use only their internal SMTP email service on Cpanel via their PHP. They said that they could add Virtual Private Servers (VPS) which would cost me about £39.99 plus taxes a month with 2GB capacity.

For hosting I pay about £10 a month (around USD 15 a month) which includes Resource level 3.
Probably I pay a lot and I need to look for another hosting?

So what shall I do then now?

Actually, I found a better hosting plan $100.56 for 24 months on https://secure1.inmotionhosting.com/new_inor/choose_package.php?indfdwm=1&sb1w=yes&package=49&remind=39 which allows running Mautic there as well.
What do you recon or you can suggest something better?

Can you please clarify a bit more what 1CPU/786MB instance/ 15GB SSD / 1000GB bandwidth allows? Pros and Cons comparing with shared hosting? I am not familiar with that technology…
I do not see that they provide 24/7 telephone support, etc.

Thanks, it is probably a bit early for me and may be the next step in a year or so, as I do need some support at this stage, As far as Mautic’s operation I guess https://secure1.inmotionhosting.com/new_inor/choose_package.php?indfdwm=1&sb1w=yes&package=49&remind=39 will do for the time being to change from GoDaddy.
What do you recon?
