Hi,



when I click “Fetch IP Lookup Data Store” all the time I have this wheel saying that mautic is working/downloading: http://screencast.com/t/lqsbExqoQ



How to check that GeoLite2 is downloaded?



I left my computer for 1h o more and still downloading. I think somthing is wrong but dont know what.



Does anyone know what going on and can help me?

There is no file in “/app/cache/ip_data/”.

Problem was memory limit on my hosting.

You have to change ‘memory_limit’ in your cpanel to max.
