My problem is: Is there a way to use custom 3rd party forms like this: https://girlsdodating.com/api/template/ - this adds the user’s mail and name in Mautic “Contacts” but not in Segments … I need this because im using tracker and i want my CTA button connected with the tracker (and make the redirection from the tracker) not connected with Mautic.

So basically i want to use Mautic without his forms. Is this possible?

You can

  1. Use a campaign form that starts a campaign with only 1 step: add to segment
  2. You can use a hidden field that adds a tag to the contact that qualifies hom to be member of a segment.
    Both ways push your contact to the segment.

Sure,
A campaign form is a type of form, that starts a campaign. You can set the form as the source of the campaign. This way if someone fills out the form, starts the campaign, which in your case can be just one step: set segment. But can be also something else.
