I see… So when the gravatar shows up on a lead profile… we did not manually pu the image there… so where does this pull the image from? There Facebook profile, Wordress user profile,… I am wondering where they pull this image from and how they find it…
As I wrote, Mautic pulls the images from gravatar.com. This service will provide the image based on an email address I think.
What if they have no Gravatar image setup? I am getting a broken image now. Odd.
