leadfield in From Name

Hi



I have a contact list and all my contacts are allocated to a sales person. How can I make the email look like it comes for the sales person. I tired to put a {leadfield=cons} into the “From Name” but this didnt not work. All I got was {leadfield=cons} as the from name.
