List of unsubscribed email from any user

Where can i get the list of the people, who unsubscribed the email?

Where can i get the list of the people, who unsubscribed the email?

Hello @ravi, to see a list of all of those who have unsubscribed, create a new segment and as a filter to that segment, select “Unsubscribes: email”, equals as the qualifier, then select “1”. Once your segment is created, as soon as the cron is run, you should see a list of all those who have unsubscribed from your emails. If you have SMS communications, you can add those contacts or create a separate segment/list as well.

Hi @jseevers,
Thanks for the reply, very helpful.
May I ask you how do you remove the unsubscribe contact from the main segment?

in this way, you can see the exact number of active contacts.

Thanks so much

How can we remove the contact from the segment when he unsubscribed himself through email?

In my case when the contact is unsubscribed he gets added to the unsubscribers segment but remains in the old segment as well.

Probably incorrectly set conditions in the segments

I recommend you to watch, here you have the whole process of creating mailing lists on the example of a simple newsletter.

Hello @amars !
Unsubscribed and bounced contacts still stay in the segments, because they qualify. You can’t send them email, but they will be still in the segment. Mautic is not just an email app, you have different channels to reach customers. You can show popups, send webhooks, show dynamic content to certain segment members. The logic dictates, that segments have to include anyone who qualifies based on your filter.
If you want to remove bounces and unsubs, you can always exclude them with your filter.
But Mautic won’t send them email anyway, this is why the actual send count differs from segment count.
