Mailchimp integration not show lists

Hi,

I had installed mautic open source 1.2.4, but mailchimp plugin doesn’t work.

I insert an user and an api key, save, but when I click on the plugin again, no list is showed.

Any help? thank you.

It is also not working for me. I am using version 1.3.1. I thought it might be a user name issue but have tried every possible option. I don’t get an error for putting in a wrong api. Has anyone figured this out? Is it because it is a free account?

You’re not connecting, then. Once the plugin connects, it will get the list fields.

Hi @msimko ,
Yes, i did it. I think mailchimp is connected because if I put an false apikey I get an error.
When I put the correct data no message is show but list select doesn’t work.

Same for me. It is because we have a free account? I have integrated it on my web server. Perhaps if I pay for assistance, it will work…
