Manually Added Contacts Not Triggering Initial Emails?

Hi,



I’m new to Mautic but I love it so far!

My only problem is that I set up a segment-based drip campaign and when I manually add a contact to the segment/campaign the initial email (which is set to send immediately) is not triggered. I looked at my cron jobs and called my host and they said cron is working fine.

Any ideas of what’s happening?
