Mautic 3.1.1 Modify contact's tags in Form Actions just disappeared

My Mautic version is: 3.1.1
My PHP version is: 7.2

Your problem
My problem is:
We have upgraded our Mautic to version 3.1.1 and now the "Modify contact’s tags"option in the Form’s Actions just disappeared.

How could we turn it on again as we already have lots of forms using that option and need more??

These errors are showing in the log:
Nothing

Steps I have tried to fix the problem:
Can’t do anything

I just tried in my 3.3.2 installation and the option is there. I wonder whether the upgrade did work properly. Did you do the upgrade in the interface or in the command line? Are there any messages coming up on the notification system? You may try to upgrade to a newer version, otherwise have a look in the documentation about upgrade troubleshooting.

Campaign Forms don’t have the option to modify tags anymore.
