Mautic dashboard incorect report

Hi. In my dashboard every graph is 0 from couple days. No email sent, no contact created, no submission… I have deleted cache folder and situation is not changed.

I have searched in log file and every day I see this error:



Here is a part of today log but every log for every days is equal

Yes, I am în a shared hosting. Is so relevant that thing?

In my hosted plan I have installed a WordPress website with 2000 visitors/month. Normally a can manage 3 websites but I have only one at this moment. In cPanel, the CPU graph is on 0 and my host provider didn’t sent me any notification.

I have setup the crons to be executed by cron-job.org. all cron is ok executed in maximum 5 seconds apart the cron mautic:iplookup:download  its end with execution timeout after 30 seconds.
