Mautic doesn't send campaign emails

Hello,

I want to send mass emails via campaigns and ofcourse attach points to contacts. My mautic sends mails very rare and I don’t know when it will send or not(checked on own mails, not customers). Also Mautic doesn’t track if email was opened :(

email service is office365.

I have tried everything but no success. Can someone from support check everything from the inside? I’m just a marketing specialist, not programmer.

Are you using hosted or self hosted Mautic?

If hosted, you’ll have to contact your hosting provider.

If self hosted, please check your server logs, your Mautic logs, and your cron job notifications, and let us know what they say

Hello, I have checked logs and found this error: mautic.ERROR: [MAIL ERROR] Expected response code 250 but got code "550", with message "550 5.7.60 SMTP; Client does not have permissions to send as this sender "

Any suggestions how to fix it?

Few things to check:

Make sure your reply email address is set correctly.

Configure office365 to allow sending email with a different account; apparently by default it is disallowed

You might also want to check your SMTP settings at both ends, make sure they match up.
