On my Bitnami/Mautic 1.2.4 installation we have installed the tracking pixel and we pass it parameters from our web app including email etc.
Despite the visitors being recognizable on the basis of their own email, Mautic is mixing a lot of them up all the time. The result is that the timelines of users are a complete mess. Specifically, each time a new identified user enters he takes over the timeline of all previous visitors.
Is the trick to switch off cookies altogether?
