Mautic On Shared Hosting CSPRNG error

Great product.

I just tried to install using Softaculous and cpanel and get an error:

“There is no suitable CSPRNG installed on your system”

A quick hunt for this seems to indicate that open_basedir needs to be unset or include :dev/urandom neither of which my isp seems to be happy to do…

Does this effectively make Mautic non-functioning on shared hosting now?

Well previously it was a quick way of spinning up an app to check out something… a scratch pad really…the live service will be on a VPS…
