Mautic Installed at Cloud at Coast

Hello.

I had buy a CPANEL in “cloud at cost”, and there we have an software called Softaculous which should install Mautic with just a click, as it does for other softwares.



But, when the instalation complete, showing no errors, I try to access it by my URL (http://ocasalempreendedor.com.br/omautic) byt an error is displayed.



Please, could someone help me with this?

Maybe talk to your cloud provider. A 500 error is reasonably significant. It may not be a Mautic issue at all.
