Mautic update 3.3.3 to 4.4.10 error 500 internal server

My Mautic version is: 3.3.3
My PHP version is: 7.4.33
My Database type and version is: 5.7.39-42-log

My problem is :
hello to all, we are new in the world of mautic and we have made the version upgrade from 3.3.3 to 4.4.10 and everything seemed to work fine, the version was updated but when we want to make queries, changes or create something new we get an error:

500 internal server error.

Is it possible that we forgot to do something? thanks for your help.

You probably forgot about migrations. Check the status of migrations. Most likely you will have to rollback and do migration again. Check for the tutorial on how to migrate from mautic 3 to 4, before you attempt to do it on your own.
