My problem is: unreliable campaign mail delivery
These errors are showing in the log: No errors in the log
Steps I have tried to fix the problem: I have a Mautic form on our website danpleasestay.ca
That form initiates a campaign, in the campaign an email is generated with the exact same recipients of the email yet when I checked with our datacentre, they confirmed that Mautic is not supplying the same recipients to sendmail each time sometimes its all recipients and sometimes less than all of them. We have some recipients in each of the fields: to, cc, bcc
We have evidence from the data centre’s review of the logs for this campaign over the last couple of days (when we first made the campaign live).
I don’t feel that I can post the log here due to privacy concerns, so how do we solve this issue?
