mautic:campaigns:trigger --env=prod problem

I recently Noticed when I run “/usr/bin/php /var/www/html/app/console mautic:campaigns:trigger --env=prod” it only sends emails to leads. for example I have a leadlist with 2000 Leads within it. I create a simple campaign to send emails to leadlist with trigger mode. then I run the script. it will go up to 1000 and then jumps to 2000 and exits.



When I Run it again it will shows total 1000 and jumps to 1000 at 500 mark.



Anyone else has this problem?

Any help would be appretiated.
