Migrating from Klaviyo

Hey,

We are considering migrating from Klaviyo to Mautic. I’ve searched around but can’t seem to find any discussions or documentation on this.

I’d love to hear if anyone else here has made this transition and what your experiences and pain points were.

Out of interest why are you planning on moving from Klaviyo ?

I’ve been trying to understand how to apply Mautic to my business in terms of email automation but I’ve struggled to get case studies or examples on here.

Indeed. That’s what I’m struggling to find. It feels to me that Mautic might be a potential replacement - but frankly, I have not way of telling.

We use Klaviyo to send customers (and potential customers) emails based on what products they have viewed on our website etc.

That being said, Mautic has some learning curve but once you get a hang of it I think you get a solid solution for your business.

No I have not worked with Klaviyo before, but I have been working with Mautic and Mautic development for some time now.
