I am quite new here and hope to get some information on the following issue.
When I am sending an individual email to one of my contacts, I can see when the mail is read the first time (Event Type: Email read - Today, 11:13 am).
However, I would like to be notified when the email is reopened after some days to make a follow up call to the customer.
Is it possible to get notified when an email is opened or reopened?
Maybe through a champagne?
Would be great to get some help in this case.
