I’m Nico From Vienna, Since 2005 in the Drupal CMS Area and since 2009 Board Member from Drupal Austria. I help to spread Open Source Software and develop it further. I am Founder of acolono.com a company specialised in Drupal, Styleguides, Audits/analytics/metrics.I am also the Mautic Community Lead Assistant.

Observation: We've been having this team now for quite a while but never managed to really get traction.We did get some new volunteer on board which makes me really happy, but never managed to really activate them.In total: The Community team didn't get much done so far.

Question is: What can we do about this? Any thoughts?

I think lot’s of the tasks we are doing/discussing is not directly related to growing the community. it is essential für the community but also about mauticon, website, etc. lots of other topics we need to work on, and growing the community is then often a sidetask…

We did a "Sprint", lots of good thought and idea, but like so often we did not follow up with action. Mot of all, I am confused that nobody showed up at the subsequential WG meeting
