My problem is:
These errors are showing in the log:
Can not authenticate to IMAP server: AUTHENTICATE failed.
Steps I have tried to fix the problem:
Check settings, enable IMAP, tried different User
I’m trying to get reply monitoring to work with Office 365 and I keep getting the above error message. IMAP is enabled for the user, app passwords do not work.
I think this has something to so with an O365 change a year or so ago only allowing OAUTH authentication.
Is there a workaround to get this to work?
Alternatively, would forwarding all emails to a gmail account or something like that work for reply monitoring?
