Unable to configure IMAP - Microsoft 365

Hello everyone,
when I configure the IMAP login information and test the connection, I encounter this problem:

The credentials are correct, and there are no errors in the logs. I’m using Microsoft 365.

Using Microsoft is more harder to set up, and you need to do more extra steps. There are as well another open topic about it, that could be helpfull for you.

take a good look at my message, I’m not talking about sending emails, but about receiving them, the IMAP configuration, because receiving emails doesn’t work.

Hi @sebastien1 - have you tried to use another email client? Even IMAP is not easy anymore with 365 - it needs to be actived first and needs OAuth2/“modern authentication” - I don’t think this is supported for Microsoft in Mautic.
