I am using a normal user ID and password for the same,
using below setting

Hi Biren,
except for testing … do not use Office365 Mail Server for Marketing Automation. It’s not made for this purpose and limited in numbers of different addresses you can write to each day.
Aside from that, I guess you might need to enable smtp first, also if you have two factor authentication enabled, you run into trouble with this approach.

Does the app password will not work for same
Like if we have MFA enabled and will create App password for mautic
