We have our Outlook plugin working, but when a user views our email we don’t get any information in our dashboard or leads. We do see the error:

Is there anyway to fix this issue?

i have the same problem, i have had this problem since the update of mautic 2.9.1 it no longer works when before i had no issues with outlook plugin. I was hoping update 2.10.0 would work and that didn’t help and now 2.10.1 and that hasn’t fixed it either. This is the only error i get and application in the plugins that i can’t get working other than that everything works great. This sucks because it’s extremely useful using outlook with mautic.
