Performing Action #2 in a Campaign

Yesterday I made a new campaign, and got it to send the first email to about 3800 people.

Today I wanted to expand upon that campaign, so I added another email to be sent 1 day later.



Yet that 2nd email doesn’t seem to get sent.



At first I figured that maybe it hasn’t been 24 hours yet, and thus the 2nd wouldn’t get sent yet. But by now 24 hours have passed since sending the first email.



How can I get the campaign to send the 2nd email?

How can I get the campaign to send the 2nd email?

It seems the problem isn’t with the cron jobs, those are running fine.

When I manually run the command: php app/console mautic:campaigns:trigger
It says:

Under Configuration, do you have the “Do not contact more than 2 times every week” (duration may vary upon your setup) option enabled?

This option?

Left blank.

Set it to 5 a day, just to make sure that leaving it blank isn’t the problem.

Still nothing is happening.

Fairly simple I guess. Made it yesterday with only #1. Today I added #2.

Also I do know that the “wait” functionality works, since I also have this campaign which works fine:

The email is published: https://mautic.strategischlui.nl/email/preview/30 so that’s good.
Also I can send the example to myself no problem, so that work’s too.

And other campaigns have triggered and sent emails today.

Do you use any custom form for those people who leave your list?

So now your campaigns are going normally, or not yet?

I don’t use any forms for people who leave my list. Just the simple default unsubscribe link.

And no the 2nd email still hasn’t triggered for the 3800 people who already were in the campaign.

Was the installation done by yourself?
