Plugins install failed

Hi,

I’ve install a plugins (INES CRM). Now Mautic is down. I’ve a error :
PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Symfony\Component\Debug\Exception\ClassNotFoundException: Attempted to load class “LeadSubscriber” from namespace “MauticPlugin\MauticCrmBundle\EventList ener”.
I can do anithing except clear the cache.
How can uninstall properly this plugins ?

What I’ve done :
I’ve copy the directory MauticCrmBundle inside the zip in the plugin directory of Mautic
And then “install/update plugins” in the interface.

FYI, I don’t use Crimeflare.

I have tried to install Ines CRM Plugin, but was not successful as they are many files and no explanations !

I am wondering if you could help me by explaining our to proceed ?
