I set up point after sent email. The point will be 5. When I send email in leads module, the point is nothing changed. How can I make point be changed? Thanks

Could you make a screen shot of your campaign graph and publish it here?

Also, to make sure all is set, did you configured cron jobs to trigger campaigns? Are you using different browser for testing than the one you are logged in to Mautic with? Are the images loaded in your email client when you view the sent email?

I sent email stand alone, not use campaign module. If it is necessary to do the configuration in campaign module or not? Thanks!
