Do I need to add the Adjust Lead Points action if I’ve configured that elsewhere in Mautic (in Points => Manage Actions)?
It depends on your needs. If you configure it in Points / Manage actions, it will work for all leads. If you configure it in a campaign, it will work only for leads who get to the point increment action in that campaign.

This answered helped us too. Thanks. We are using Mautic Cloud and were wondering when are the points triggered for all contacts (formerly leads). Is there a specific timeframe please?
